Introduction

I am a qualified, BACP-registered counsellor based in London and Greece. I am a trans man; my preferred pronouns are 'he/him/his'.

Currently based in North East London, I offer sessions in-person, or online / remote sessions, over secure video-conferencing. Sessions can be in English or Greek.

Who is this practice for?

The practice is for individuals who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender-queer, gender-questioning and gender-fluid. I offer therapy for anyone who wants to explore their identity, regardless of whether they are considering or undergoing transition.

The practice also caters for partners, family members or anyone close to someone who is exploring their gender identity.

About the therapeutic approach

The counselling approach I am using is Person-Centred, which was developed by Carl Rogers.

According to Rogers, every human strives for and has the capacity to fulfill their own potential in an empathic, non-judgemental and accepting environment.

From my own experience, therapy has been incredibly important for me throughout my transition.

The aim of the practice is to provide a confidential, accepting and safe therapeutic space to explore any discomfort, confusion, distress and curiosity around gender identity. I believe it is also important to celebrate identity in a supportive environment.
